Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released notification to conduct Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Exam 2017 for the recruitment of 3259 Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, Data Entry Operator (DEO).
The process of application submission has already begun today. Interested candidates can apply online till December 18. Besides, the last Date for payment of fee through SBI Challan is December, 20, 2017.
Note: The date of Computer Based Exam (Tier-I) from March 4 to 26, 2018 while t date of Tier II exam (Descriptive Paper) is July 8, 2018.

Age Limit
Candidates need to be between 18-27 years of age as on August 1, 2018. Age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC nd 10 years for Differently-abled candidates.
Educational Qualification
Candidates need to have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University for Post- 1 & 2. However, for Post- 3, 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent is required.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a computer-based exam, descriptive test, skill test and interview.

Application Fee
Candidates will have to shell out Rs 100. No fee is required for women candidates of all categories and SC, ST, PwD and Ex-servicemen.
