Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In yet another major news for candidates awaiting a job in the railway sector, the East Coast Railways, Northern Railways and the Central Railways have released recruitment notifications to fill up multiple Group C and Group D posts including Store Khalasi, Peon, Khalasi Elect, Sr.Clerk, Electrician, Doctor, Specialists Posts and Jansadharan Ticket Booking Sevaks under Railway Recruitment 2018.
Interested and eligible candidates are advised to follow the detailed information regarding the eligibility criteria, age limit and other details under each of these railway divisions are given below.
EAST COAST RAILWAY RECRUITMENT:
East Coast Railway has published a notification for formation of panel to fill up 10 vacancies of Group C and Group D posts on ex-cadre basis in Zonal Multi Disciplinary Electrical Training Institute (ZMDETI)/ VSKP. As per the notification, the last date for submission of application is April, 10 2018.

Age Limit: Applicants' age should not exceed 52 years as on the date of notification.
Eligibility: Ministerial cadre staff / Group D Staff working in same pay matrix level.
How to Apply:
The eligible candidates may apply for any one post in the prescribed proforma (in duplicate) through their respective controlling officers. The last date of receiving application is April 10, 2018. Respective controlling officers should immediately forward the application to Personnel Officer of Division/ W.Shop. After verifying the applications, Personnel department of concerned Division/ Workshop should forward the application to the office of PCPO/ ECoR so as to reach this office on or before April 20, 2018.

The central Railway has invited applications for the recruitment of Jan Sadharan Ticket Booking Sevaks. Eligible candidates can apply through cr.indianrailways.gov.in.
As per the official notification, a total of 401 vacancies of JTBS at different locations are vacant and the detailed location wise availability/vacancies can be obtained from the DRM(C) office, Passenger section, Annex Building, Ground floor, Central Railway, Mumbai CSMT. The application booklet can be obtained from the above office address on any working day, from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 5 pm, by a payment of Rs.500, reads the official notification.
The details regarding the recruitment process is also available on the Central Railway’s website at www.crindianrailways.gov.in.
There is a facility of downloading application booklet from the website of central railway. In case of applying through the downloaded form, one will have to deposit the Rs. 500 fee at the time of the submission of the online form.
Central Railway has also invited applications for the post of Senior Resident. Interested and eligible candidates can appear for walk-in interview on April 18, 2018.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from any university recognized by state or Central Government.
Age Limit: 33 years for those having Post Graduate qualification and 35 years for post-Doctoral Degree holders.

Selection Process: Candidates must appear for a walk-in interview on April 18, 2018 in Medical Director’s Office, Dr.B.A.M.Hospital, Central Railway, Byculla, Mumbai.
In another recruitment process, the Konkan Railways Corporation Limited (KCRL) has invited applications for the post of Electrician and ESTM. Interested and eligible candidates should apply on or before April 22, 2018.
