Bhubaneswar/Jaipur: In a move to retain the best minds in the country, Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the centre will soon start a 'Prime Minister scholarship' for talented students. He was addressing the convocation ceremony at Manipal University in Jaipur.

“There will soon be a 'Prime Minister scholarship' under which Rs 75,000 per month will be given to the best 1,000 talented students. A note in this regard will go to the Cabinet soon,” Javadekar said.
