NEET (UG) To Be Conducted Only Once By NTA In 2021, Says Education Minister

Bhubaneswar: In a major announcement, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on said that the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) only one time this year.

It is pertinent to mention here that the National Testing Agency under Ministry of Education conducts Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for undergraduate programme in medical sciences, in consultation with Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

In a written reply in Lok Sabha today, Pokhiryal said that the NTA has informed that they have not received any memorandum in this regard, reported ANI.

The scheduled examination will be conducted in 11 languages, including Hindi and English through Pen and Paper mode on August , 2021.
