The registration for online applications for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main started today by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Earlier, the release date was postponed from September 2 to September 3..
Candidates can register for the examination as the application link has been activated on the official website. The examination is being held as a screening-cum-eligibility test for engineering and technological institutes across the country.
All the eligible candidates can apply for JEE Main January 2020 till September 30, 2019. Details regarding notification and registration link is available in the official website jeemain.nic.in. The examination will be conducted between January 6, 2020 and January 11, 2020. Candidates can download the admit cards online on December 6. The entrance examination results will be declared on January 31, which the candidates can find on the official website.
The candidates would require some documents for registration. Here is the list of the required documents.

–Self-attested passport-sized photograph with date
–Scanned copy of signature to upload
–Date of birth as mentioned on class 10 certificate and document to prove
–Class 10 and class 12 mark sheet
–Other education qualification certificates
–SC/ST, EWS, PWD or any another reservation certificate, if applicable
