Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: In yet another good news for the students across the country, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has invited applications for the post of Research Associate and Research Associate (Technical) under IBPS Recruitment 2018. Interested and eligible candidates should apply soon on or before the last date, i.e. January 16, 2018.

Eligible Criteria for IBPS Recruitment:
Age Limit: Applicants' age should be between 21 and 30 years as on January 1, 2018. However, there is age relaxation as per the rules and norms.

Selection Process: The selection of candidates will completely be based on online written Exam & Writing/Group Exercises/Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 through Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.

Educational Qualification:
For Research Associate: Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree in Psychology with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology/Psychological measurement/Psychometrics with minimum 55% marks from any recognized University/ Institute
OR
Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree in Education with specialization in Measurement & Evaluation with minimum 55% marks from any recognized University/ Institute
OR
Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in HR with focus on Personnel Assessment/Quantitative Techniques in HRD/Psychometrics with minimum 55% marks from any recognized University/ Institute
For Research Associate (Technical): M.Tech or M.E from a recognized university/Institute in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil or Electronics & Telecom or Instrumentation / M.C.A./Post Graduate in Computer Science
