Bhubaneswar: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi on Monday opened the registration process for application for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2020. Interested candidates can register themselves by logging into the official website at www.gate.iitd.ac.in.
Candidates who wish to appear in the examination must register themselves by logging into the official website of GATE 2020 from September 3, 2019.
As per the official notification, the online application process for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering exam will be closed on September 24, 2019, without late fee. However, the registration process will go on till October 1, with a chargeable amount for late application.
GATE 2020 will be conducted for 25 subjects and it would be distributed over 1st, 2nd, 8th & 9th of February 2020. The GATE examination will be conducted at different cities across India, as well as, in six cities outside the country. The examination would be purely a Computer Based Test (CBT).
The GATE score would reflect the relative performance level of the candidate in a particular subject, which is quantified based on the several years of examination data. The GATE 2020 score is valid for three years from the date of announcement of the results.
