Under the new bylaws, the application process has been made simple by reducing the paperwork from 14 documents to just two.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the Board will soon start processing an application for affiliation with just a no-objection certificate (NOC) and a self-sworn affidavit in hand.
