Man Critical After Being Shot At By Brother In Odisha

Dhenkanal: A man sustained critical injuries on his chest after allegedly being shot at by his elder brother over some family dispute at Beltikiri village under Sadar Police limits of Dhenkanal district on Saturday night.

The injured, Bibhu Behera has been admitted to District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for treatment.

According to reports, an altercation erupted between Bibhu and his elder brother Milu Behera over some issue yesterday. Enraged over it, Bibhu hurled bomb at Milu which missed the target. In retaliation, Milu opened fire at Bibhu, sources said.

On getting information, Sadar Police Station officials and Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) rushed to district headquarters hospital and initiated a probe into the matter.
