CISF Constable Arrested For 'Raping' Colleague’s Minor Daughter

Paradip: A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable was arrested in Odisha on the charges of raping a minor girl. The accused constable, M. Kandaswamy was posted as a head constable at IOCL, sources said.

According to the allegations, Kandaswamy allegedly raped the four and half years girl, who happens to be the daughter of another CISF constable, on the pretext of providing her chocolates several times in the past.

The matter came to light two days back after the minor girl narrated the ordeal to her mother. Subsequently, a complaint was filed at Abhayachandapur Police Station in connection with the incident yesterday.

Based on the complaint, the accused constable who hails from Tamil Nadu was arrested and is now being interrogated.
