Reliance Jio introduces ‘Jio Saarthi’; get digital assisted recharge journey

Bhubaneswar:  In a bid to assist its customers, right from choosing plans, to recharge and making payments, Reliance Jio has introduced Jio Saarthi, an interactive in-app genie. Jio Saarthi is integrated in MyJio and promises seamless digital recharges, the company said.

The Jio Saarthi will help and guide the users from choosing a plan till making payments. The app will be of great assistance for the Jio users who have not done online recharge till now. The assisted recharge journey will be initially available in English and Hindi. The company plans to extend the facility in 12 regional languages.

“This innovation is a first-of-its-kind digital initiative in the industry and mark a paradigm shift towards digitally assisted journeys. Jio Saarthi will give push to online digital recharges among Jio users and ensure uninterrupted connectivity. This assisted customer journey innovation will encourage adoption of digital recharges among users who have so far been unsure about digital recharge process,” the company said.
