Markets open on positive note on Wednesday

Mumbai: The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) on Wednesday opened on a positive note during the morning session of the trade.

The BSE Sensex opened at 38,433.86, touched a high of 38,462.62, and a low of 38,363.76.

The Sensex is trading at 38,392.21, up by 28.74 points or 0.07 per cent from its Tuesday's close at 38,363.47.

On the other hand, the broader 50-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 11,553.35 points after closing at 11,632.40 points.

The Nifty is trading at 11,534.45 points in the morning.
