Lexus India launches hybrid sedan LS500h at Rs 1.77 cr

New Delhi: Luxury autobile major Lexus India on Monday launched its LS500h, priced from Rs 1.77 crore to Rs 1.93 crore (ex-showroom).

According to the company, the LS500h is powered by a 3.5L V6 petrol engine combined with a 310.8kV Lithium ion battery, delivering 15.38 km/litre in a BS6 compliant vehicle.

"The world's first multi stage hybrid system offers exhilarating performance and greater efficiency...," the company said in a statement.
