Jet Airways' Q3 net profit rises over six times

Mumbai: Jet Airways on Saturday reported an exponential rise of over 640 percent in its net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.

According to the company, its net profit for the quarter under review stood at Rs.467.11 crore from Rs.63.11 crore earned during the quarter ended December 31, 2014.

The aviation major's total income during the quarter ended December 31, 2015, increased by 7.68 percent to Rs.5,636.38 crore from Rs.5,234.21 crore for the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.
