The burglary took place at the Maa Tarini Mobile Point, located in Bhandaripokhari market, just about 200 meters from the local police station.

According to reports, the criminals broke into the shop by digging a hole in the rear wall. Once inside, they carefully carried out the theft during the night, dismantling and looting the entire store inventory without alerting anyone. The stolen items include a large number of premium smartphones and accessories.

Data Cables Discarded

Post-theft, the looters discarded data cables and empty mobile boxes behind the shop before fleeing the scene, indicating a planned and swift execution. Notably, the miscreants also took away a hard disk from the CCTV system, possibly to erase evidence and avoid identification.
