With an aim to address the poor cellular connectivity in some areas, the telecom operator has launched the internet-telephony service called BSNL Wings. Subscribers can make calls using the Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) with this new service.

Through BSNL Wings, the users in poor connectivity areas can make calls with an internet connection and a VoIP service. Places where Wi-Fi is available, the telecom operators is dominating the VoIP market after launching the new service.
