The state government has suspended the officials on the basis of a report submitted by the District Collector.

The Tehsildar forged documents of the land belonging to a daily wager, who is dead, and sold it to another person. Sources said, Bagh made a cow herder the seller of the land and executed the registration and the mutation process by using his digital signature.

A villager named Ramakant Bhala took the matter to the tehsildar, district collector, Revenue Department and Revenue Divisional Commissioner but in vain. Bhala later knocked the door of High Court seeking its invention into the matter.
