Step 4 – Check the result
Step 5 – Download and take a print out for future reference.
The results will be online till November 7, 2017. Those who have cleared the test with an overall cut-off mark in the prelims will be eligible to appear for main examination scheduled for November 26th 2017.

IBPS had conducted the CWE PO/MT preliminary test earlier last month on 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th October 2017 across country. IBPS was expected to release the result status on October 31. After a one-day delay, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has come out with the results.

Candidates who had appeared for the preliminary exam for the IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post are eagerly awaiting the result.
The online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main, tentatively scheduled for December 2017 and January 2018 respectively. Interested candidates need to apply for the examination to fill up more than 7,880 vacant posts.
The candidates will be eligible to appear in the main only after clearing the preliminary examination. After clearing the main exam, they will be provisionally allotted to one of the participating banks.

The preliminary examination will be of one-hour duration. There will be three sections for 100 questions carrying 100 marks. Candidates need to secure the cut-off marks set by IBPS in each of the three sections to qualify it.
Candidates have to register online on the official website of IBPS to appear for the preliminary examination. The registration starts on September 12 and will continue till October 3, 2017. Tentative dates of the preliminary examination are December 2, 3, 9 and 10 and the results are to be declared in the same month. The main examination will be held on January 21, 2018 and provisional allotment of successful candidates will be made in April 2018 tentatively.
The main examination will be of two hours and 40 minutes with four sections carrying a total of 200 marks for 190 questions.
There is a provision of negative marking for wrong answers. While one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks in objective tests in both the examinations will be deducted for each wrong answer, unanswered questions do not attract this penalty.

State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SCTE & VT) stipulated some principles to give an exit opportunity to the Final semester students of 2020 for furtherance of their career amid COVID19 pandemic.
"Students of the 6th semester who have registered for summer exam and paid the requisite fees as per the procedure and have no Back Paper in any of the previous 1st-5th semester may choose to appear for the online semester or opt for an alternative method of award of marks based on their previous semester performances." the notification reads.
Those who have back papers in any previous semester and paid requisite course fees can opt for online examinations for the 6th semester including other back papers.
However, if students having back papers do not opt for online pattern this time, they will have to reappear all previous papers including 6th semester all together in the winter semesters of 2020. Alternate method of awarding marks based on previous performances is not applicable to these students.
SCTE & VT has informed that online examinations will be tentatively held between 1st August and 20th August. Students can appear the exams from their homes.
Keeping issues related to internet access and lack of technical equipments in the eye, State Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training has promised to ensure necessary arrangements for the students.
The council will facilitate students with necessary resources in designated polytechnics and government ITI centres. SCTE & VT in its notification said," It shall provide one such institute in every district of the state for this purpose."
SCTE & VT has decided to follow MCQ pattern for this online examination. Each theory subject papers to be provided with 2 hours time duration.
For practical papers SCTE & VT has decided to give practical marks after taking concerned polytechnics into consideration.

While the Slot-1 examination will be held from August 3 to 7, the Slot-2 exam would be conducted from August 10 to 14, a university release said.
Students aspiring to get admission will have to fill up the SAAT application form to be eligible to sit for the nation wide exam, it said adding the last date for filling up the application form had been extended from July 31 to August 5.
The exam will be for admission to UG and PG courses in engineering and technology, pharmaceutical sciences, management, nursing, agriculture, law and hotel management.
The admission authority of SOA will shortlist the candidates based on the merit list. A separate merit list will be prepared for the reserved category candidates.
For admission to the engineering and technology program, the SAAT result and JEE Main scorecard will be referred. Admission to the medical sciences and dental sciences programs will be undertaken as per NEET scorecard, the release said.
As per SOA's reservation policy, 15 per cent and 7.5 per cent of the seats will be kept reserved for SC and ST categories. Thirty per cent of the seats will be kept reserved for women candidates, the release said.
