This inspiring journey of a computer teacher who defied all odds to become an OAS is a source of hope for those willing to make it big in life.

Tanmita Kar, a girl from Mulising panchayat of Soro block in Balasore has secured 12th rank in the Odisha Civil Services exam. Tanmita had begun her preparations for OAS soon after completing her Civil Engineering from Burla Technological Institute in 2017.

This small village under Aska block in Ganjam district erupted in jubilation after a local boy qualified the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) exam, conducted by OPSC.

The OAS aspirants are a confused lot. Their confusion is related to the availability of study materials in Odia language. 

Tejaswini Behera has emerged as the topper in the OPSC Odisha Civil Services exam. She says that she has an aim to take the UPSC exam but right now she is very happy and satisfied with the success.

With the OPSC Odisha Civil Services exam results getting announced on Friday, OTV caught up with the second rank holder Subhankari S Dash. This is what she said.

Tejaswini Behera topped the 2020 OPSC OCS exam. While speaking to OTV, Tejaswini said that women empowerment, education and Health will be her priorities areas while working in civil services.
