The ED had arrested Kavitha on March 15 after searches at her residence in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, a protest erupted in the Pandav Nagar area and a few cars were also vandalised by protestors near the accused's house after rumours spread that no action was being taken.
The incident took place on March 22 and CCTV footage, capturing the entire episode, is also doing the rounds on social media.
The deceased were identified as Arshad (30) and Tauhid (20) while the injured Rehan (22) is undergoing treatment and is said to be in critical condition.
