Some unidentified miscreants allegedly vandalised the office of the Youth Congress at Congress Bhawan in Bhubaneswar. The incident reportedly took place late night on Tuesday (October 12).

Though the exact reason behind the rampaging act is yet to be known, many party insiders believe that it could have been the handiwork of some disgruntled members of the Odisha Youth Congress.
