Vistara A320 aircraft VT-TNC operating flight UK622 (Varanasi-Mumbai) was involved in an air turn back to Varanasi due to a bird hit. Bhubaneswar: A Mumbai-bound IndiGo flight was grounded after it suffered a bird hit shortly before landing at the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) on Thursday morning.

Ambala: It was narrow escape for an Indian Air Force Jaguar pilot on Thursday in an air base here when a bird hit the aircraft, officials said. One of the engines of the aircraft failed after being hit by the bird. The pilot, however, managed to land safely.
