The Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bengaluru and experts of the Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee, were roped in for the Surya Tilak project and tasked with creating the mechanisms for the Surya Abhishek which became a unique feature of the Ram Mandir.  

Puja performed at Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh on the occasion of Ram Navami. Ram Navami is being celebrated for the first time in Ayodhya's Ram Mandir after Pran Pratishtha of Ram Lalla.

The officials are expecting a congregation of more than 50 lakh pilgrims on the day.

A special train will soon roll between the two pilgrim cities of Puri and Ayodhya. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday informed this on the sidelines of an ROB foundation stone laying ceremony in Puri. 

In Ayodhya, Rohit has been moving about the streets holding the photograph of his missing father Manoj Bebarta to get clues about his whereabouts. He has also filed a missing complaint at the police station.     

The project has been discussed under the PM GatiShakti initiative to “spur implementation and planning,” according to a statement issued by the Commerce and Industry Ministry on Friday.

Designed by world-famous architect Chandrakant B Sompura, the temple is an architectural charisma. Supported by a total of 392 pillars and 44 doors, the Ram Temple is three-storied with each floor being 20 feet tall.

On the other hand, actresses Kangana Ranaut, Anupam Kher, Shefali Shah, Anu Malik, Sonu Nigam, Ravi Kishan, Randeep Hooda, and Vivek Oberoi also made their presence felt in Ayodhya.

The historic event will be attended by PM Modi and a host of India’s prominent personalities, industrialists, sportspersons, and celebrities among others.

An official said here on Saturday that the Indian government would send a dedicated train to Nepal to bring the devotees even as thousands of people from Nepal have already left for Ayodhya. Nepal, a landlocked country, is one of the Hindu-majority nations, besides India.

On January 22 when the grand consecration ceremony of Ram Temple in Ayodhya will take place, the residents of Sambalpur town will light 1,11,000 earthen lamps on the banks of Ayodhya pond in the Mahanadi River.
