Cuttack: Online ticket sale for the India-Sri Lanka T20 international cricket match at Barbati Stadium scheduled to be held on December 20 has begun from today.

The tickets are available at the website: www.get2thegames.com.

As per reports, the sale began from 10 AM and around 2,800 tickets were sold today. The stadium has a capacity to hold around 32, 403 visitors out of which tickets for 9,310 seats are planned to be sold online.

However, tickets for Gallery No-1 and Gallery No-3 this time are not included in the online sale creating resentment among fans.

"The number of tickets available on the online platform is lower and also booking option for Gallery 1 and 3 is missing in the website," said cricket lover, Ashok Kumar Sahu.

"We received good response in the first hour of the sale. We guess within four days maximum tickets will be sold out," said Odisha Cricket Association’s Working Committee Chairman, Dhiren Pallai.

Offline ticket sale at three counters in the stadium is scheduled on December 16 and 17.
