Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to attend the ongoing Make in India Week programme in Mumbai on Sunday.

The Chief Minister will seek to woo prospective investors by talking about the plethora of investment opportunities available and the ease of doing business in Odisha.

Besides, he will also hold discussions with the officials of different companies interested in investment in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals and food processing sectors.

The chief minister will also have a meeting with the members of NITI Aayog, CII officials, Tata, Aditya Birla, Reliance, Vedanta and Essar Group officials during his visit to Mumbai.

Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday launched the Make in India Week 2016 in Mumbai.

The week-long event will be attended by business and political delegates from 68 countries, including prime ministers, and representatives from 1,000 international companies.
