Young Odia chess players create big impact in Asian Youth tourney

I.M Debashih Das became champion under 18 boys category and Sankalp Baliar Singh and Ritambhara Bidhar emerged as champions competing under-10 boys category.

While Das scored seven points out of 9 rounds, Singh and Bidhar scored six and half and seven and half points out of 9 rounds respectively.  

Scoring six points, Utkal Ranjan Sahu bagged bronze medal under 16 age-group for boys, while Rakesh Jena bagged bronze medal under-10 boys category.
