Two illegal saw mills unearthed

Berhampur: Forest personnel today unearthed two saw mills, which were allegedly running illegally at Polasara forest range here, official sources said. The raid was conducted jointly by the forest and police at Bada Agula village where from they seized several timbers.

No one was arrested as none of the saw mill owners were caught during the raids, said forest ranger (Polasara) Kumuda Chandra Behera.
