Rourkela: Two persons were killed and six others injured in two accidents in Sundargarh district, the police said today. An unidentified motor bike rider was killed and the pillion rider and four other occupants of a jeep were injured when a dumper hit the jeep as well as the two-wheeler near Kutra in State Highway-10 on Sunday night, sources said.

In another accident, a bike rider Sutam Satnami (42) died and another person was injured when a dumper hit the bike near Rajgangpur about 40 kms from here last night.

Both Satnami and Hati were shifted to IGH where Satnami died during treatment and the condition of Hati was still serious.
