Bhubaneswar: In view of the final match of Champions Trophy, the commissionerate of police has expedited the security arrangments for a smooth conduct the of the last match.

"From the stadium to the hotel where the players are staying, security has been tightened. Security men will also be deployed in and around the ground in civil dresses", Commissioner RP Sharma said.

Sharma hopes less security tension for today than the yesterday match. Indecent behavoiur in the stadium by Pakistan players drew sharp reaction from the audiences following which the police are extra careful today in view of any untoward situation, Sharma added.

Pakistan defeated its arch rival India yesterday and entered the final. It will take on Germany today at Kalinga stadium.

Meanwhile, Pakistan high commissioner Abdul Basit arrived in the State capital to enjoy the match.

On the other hand, India will clash with Australia before the final match for bronze title.
