Seashore scam: CBI interrogated father-son duo

Bhubaneswar: In its effort to dig out bigger in the Seashore chit fund scam, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Sunday conducted a face-to-face interrogation of Seashore CMD Prashant Dash and his son.

Officials of the central investigating agency said that since son of Dash was managing the business of his father after arrest of the latter on 19th June 2013, he might have known some money trails of the company.

“We are hoping to elicit some crucial info from him,” an official said on condition of anonymity.

Meanwhile, to trace any possible business links between Prashant and his company, the agency sleuths have also plans to scan the phone call details of his son.

“Links can’t be ruled out,” quipped the official.
