2nd round talks with govt fail, bus owners’ strike from Dec 1
Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Private Bus Owners’ Association has decided to go on a strike from December 1 as second round talks with the State transport department failed on Friday.
The union alleged that the government did not accept their demands which is why bus owners will not ply buses across the State from December 1.
The association is against the State Government’s tax hike decision.
Besides, the union is protesting against running of JNNURM buses outside the cities.
