Pushpendra meets Venkaiah, discusses on various projects
New Delhi: Odisha Housing and Urban Development Minister Pushpendra Singhdeo on Monday met the Union Urban Development minister Venkaiah Naidu at Nirman Bhawan here and hold discussions on various developmental projects in the state.
According to sources, Singhdeo requested to include Bhubaneswar under Bus Rapid Transit Systems (BRTS) and grant aid under Individual Household Latrines (IHHL) scheme for the construction of toilets in rural and urban areas in Odisha during the meeting with the Union minister.
Besides he also demanded to include the rest 77 cities of the State under National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM). So far 33 cities of Odisha have been covered under the mission.
