Bhubaneswar: The annual Plus II examination, conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), will begin from March 2 and continue till March 29, the authorities of the council said on Friday.
Plus II practical examination will be held ahead of the theory papers. The CHSE has decided to conduct the practical examination in between January 20 and 30.
Examination of the vocational courses will start from March 18 and continue till March 29.
For the first time this year, the council also decided to e-evaluate answer sheets of all subjects of Science and Commerce streams.
CHSE chairman Basudev Chatoi said, “E-evaluation for all the streams including Arts will not be possible due to lack of infrastructure. Only papers of Science and Commerce streams will be e-evaluated.”
Further, Chatoi stated, “Elaborate arrangements such as installation of CCTV cameras, strong rooms, deployment of security personnel will be done for safe keeping of questions and avoid leak. From press to exam hall, full-proof safety measures will be taken.”
