Bhubaneswar: The matric examination, conducted by Board of Secondary Education (BSE) will begin from February 22 next year, president of BSE Dakhya Prasad Nanda announced today.
Informing this to media, Nanda said the filling-up of forms for the test would begin from October 28.
“We have decided to conduct the annual Matric examination from Feb 22, 2016. The aspirants will fill up their forms online for the test. The registration process would begin from October 28 and continue till November 5th midnight. The process is open for both regular and ex-regular candidates,” Nanda said.
“Last year these students had registered themselves online hence we have their data with us. The students can get their registration status from www.indiaresults.in. Only they have to provide their respective school code to avail the information,” he stated.
The aspirants have been asked to submit the requisite examination fees through bank challans and update their registration details in the website itself.
“Since puja vacation is beginning in a couple of days, we want to make alert the parents, teachers and the guardians as well,” he said.
Official sources said the candidates who will appear the test in correspondence mode, have to fill the forms off-line. They have been advised to complete the registration process in the nearby zone office.
