Bhubaneswar: Senior BJD leader and Kendrapara MP, Baijayant Panda, will deliver a keynote address at the 10th annual international conference jointly organized by Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS) and National University of Singapore.
During his stay in Singapore, Panda will have a discussion on infrastructure development and economic progress with Finance minister of Singapore, Hend Sui Kit.
Sources said infrastructure development and economic progress in India will be discussed in detail at the conference. Moreover, Panda will focus on the policies formulated to address various issues in the Real Estate sector, including price discovery.
The conference aims to deliberate on the policies to be formulated for the development of the South Asian countries along with political collaboration, and to find a constructive solution which would lead to economic progress of the region.
Among others, former RBI Governor Duvvuri Subbarao, former CAG, Vinod Rai, and former secretary of Planning Commission N.C. Saxena will participate in the conference.
Besides, students of University of California, IIM Kolkata, IIM Bengaluru, and a host of intellectuals from various countries will participate in the conference.
