Bhubaneswar: As many as 44,500 candidates appeared for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) at 78 centres in 19 towns of the State today.

The entrance test was conducted in three sittings. Candidates were asked to report at the examination centres one hour before the start of the test.

OJEE chairman Tushar Nath said answer keys will be uploaded on the OJEE website after the completion of the test. Students can verify their answers and lodge complaints if any with the authorities.

Results of the entrance test will be announced in the first week of June.

Students who wish to pursue MBA, MCA, B.Pharm, M.Pharm courses or seek lateral entry to engineering and pharmacy will have to clear OJEE.
