Bhubaneswar: The CBI on Friday sent the agreement paper between Seashore and BJD MLA Pravat Biswal to forensic laboratory in the land deal case to examine the signature of company CMD Prashant Dash.

Biswal had earlier said that the agreement was made when he refund cash to Seashore after scrapping of the deal.

Sources said the agreement was drawn up in 2011 to sale 34 “guntha” land, which was in the name of MLA's wife Laxmi Bilasini, at Jajpur Road’s Benapur Mouza to the ponzi firm.

Of the `29.25 lakh to be paid towards cost of the property, Dash had paid ` 25 lakh in two installments in cheques during April 2012, while the rest was to be paid after final registration.

However, after May 29 Dash allegedly went back on the deal and wanted his money back. According to the legislator, the money had been refund to Prashant Dash by July 20, 2012. However, the company is yet to provide the money receipt, Laxmi Bilasini said.
