Bhubaneswar: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will investigate how gangster Tito managed to acquire licence for a petrol pump in Kendrapara.

In this regard, Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Ministry had sought a report from the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). Later, it came to light that rules were flouted in commissioning of petrol pump outlets to Tito.
