Dhenkanal: Chief Justice of Orissa High Court, Justice V Gopala Gowda laid the foundation stone of District-level Alternate Dispute Resolution Centre (DADRC) here on Thursday.

The proposed building was estimated to cost Rs 1.2 crore, official sources said.

Among others, Justice Bimal Prasad Das of the High Court, District Jude, Goutam Sharma, District collector, B P Panda and other district-level judicial officers were present on the occasion.
