Bhubaneswar/Cuttack: Residents of the twin cities woke up to the first foggy morning of the current winter season today. The density of fog was so high that the visibility was reportedly less than 10 metres. The foggy condition prevailed till 11 am affecting normal life and vehicular traffic in the two cities.

On the other hand, coastal districts of the state are yet to experience winter as the temperature is still recorded more than normal there. Such condition will remain till December 15, Met director Sarat Sahu said. The condition may improve after mid-December, he added.
