Cuttack: Five persons of a family died and another two injured critically in an accident when a van collided with a bus near Tangi in Cuttack district today morning.

Six persons of a family from Palada near Medinipur in West Bengal were coming in a van to a private nursing home in Cuttack with a patient. The vehicle collided with a bus near Tangi Bazar around 7 am leaving three dead on the spot including the patient. While two succumbed to injuries in the hospital, the critically injured two have been admitted to SCB medical college and hospital in Cuttack.
