Cuttack: Orissa High Court Bar Association will hold a crucial general body meeting tomorrow to decide the fate of its ongoing month-long strike.
 
Association Vice President Milan Kumar Badu said, The general body meeting of the association will be held to discuss the further course of action, Badu said.
 
Cuttack lawyers are boycotting the court since September 26 after the state government decided to recommend to the Union Law Minister regarding setting up of permanent benches of the High Court elsewhere.
 
Meanwhile, a five-member delegation of HC lawyers led by senior advocate N C Panigrahi met the Chief Justice on Thursday and submitted another memorandum to him pertaining to their objection to the state's proposal.
 
The Honourable Chief Justice has assured the delegation that the decision of the full court over the issue would be communicated to the Orissa High Court Bar Association, Badu said.
