Bhubaneswar: The special CJM court (CBI) on Thursday sent arrested Banki MLA Pravat Tripathy to jail after rejecting his bail application. Two other businessmen- Binit Lalani and Dilip Mohanty's bail petitions were also rejected by the court.

The trio will remain under judicial custody till November 26. Pravat Tripathy was produced in the court on Thursday after his remand period ended.
Earlier, the court rejected the bail plea of Mumbai based model Priti Bhatia who was arrested for alleged complicity with AT Group.

The bail hearing of AT CMD Pradip Sethy will be heard on Friday.

On the other hand, bail petitions of MP Ramachandra Hansda, ex-MLAs Hitesh Bagarti and Subarna Nayak, who were arrested for having links with Nabadigant capital services ltd, will be heard on November 18.
