Chopped body parts found in two boxes in Puri

Puri: Chopped body parts in decomposed state were recovered by the district police from two boxes which were floating in the Narendra Puskarini in the town.

The body parts were joined together and photos were taken by the police and State Forensic team. Postmortem of the body will be done at the nearby hospital, said sources.

Police sources said the body is of a male person aged between 45-50 years.

Locals, who informed the police after they found the boxes in the pond, are in a state of panic.
