Two female tourists found dead in Puri

Puri: Dead bodies of two female tourists were recovered from Malatipatpur bus stand under suspicious condition here today.

The deceased were identified as Juburi Percy and Suri Moria, both are residents of Nepal’s Bankati area. The two had come to visit the pilgrim city with their families. The co-passengers said the two were suffering from diarrhoea.

Police are yet to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the death of the two women. Investigation is on into the matter, police said. Sources said a group of tourists from Nepal and UP had come to visit Puri on the day. Another two tourists fell sick and were admitted to a hospital here. They were identified as Suri Kewaaj and Mayabati Burma.
