Fire mishap in Puri: 6 houses gutted, 7 cattle charred to death

Puri: Six houses were gutted while seven cattle charred to death in a major fire that broke out late last night at Danduasipara village in Brahmagiri in the district.

Besides, properties worth lakhs have been damaged including three bikes and four bicycles.

The exact cause of blaze is yet to be ascertained.

Meanwhile, the villagers alleged that no official of the district administration has come yet to take stock of the situation.
