Praising Rout for his contribution towards development of tribals, the posters and banners stated the former Agriculture Minister is a 'good person'. It claimed  Rout has not commented anything against Brahmins at the Malyavant Mahostav and the whole matter is a conspiracy against him.

The posters questioned why the CM has not dismissed some MLAs yet, despite their alleged involvement in the chit-fund scam.

On the other hand, police have seized the posters and banners and there is no clarity who had put up the posters.

The posters were reportedly put up by the Rayagada division of the Chasi Mulia Adivasi Sangh.  But sources said this is for the first time that any message has been put up by the Chasi Mulia Adivasi Sangh in the district.
