Cooperative bank secretary in Vigilance net
Bhubaneswar: Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday conducted simultaneous raids at five places, including the house of Balianata-Bainchua cooperative bank secretary Debendra Prusty, on charges of accumulation of properties disproportionate to his known sources of income.
According to sources, the anti-corruption wing of the Odisha Police is conducting raids at the house of Prusty located in the city.
During the raid, the team found the papers of a three-storied building and 31 plots in the name of Prusty. The investigating agency has also laid its hands on some incriminating documents and bank passbooks, sources in the agency said.
Besides, the probe agency is also conducting raid at the house of the president of the bank for his connection with the secretary
