Cheaper options soon for Bhubaneswar-Kuala Lumpur trip

Bhubaneswar: For vacationers in Odisha the trip to Malaysia, one of the top tourist destinations in south-east Asian region will soon become cheaper with facilities like eVisa and eNTRI.

As part of the outreach programme to create awareness about Malaysia tourism among travel agencies in Bhubaneswar, a fair was organised in the capital city with the collaboration of  Malaysia Tourism Association and Malaysia Tourism Board.

Agents of the travel agencies from Malaysia showcased various products and facilities like eVisa and eNTRI which can be availed by tourists.

Malaysian Tourism ministry termed the move as a step which will develop its tourism and provide hassle-free and low cost travel options to tourists.

"This is a good initiative which has been taken up by MATTA to come to the market and meet the local industry players. This is to educate and give fresh update to local industry players in Bhubaneswar," said Director of Malaysian Tourism ministry, Mohammed Hafiz Hasim.

"The Malaysia Tourism Association and the Malaysia Tourism Board collaborated and brought their agents to Odisha to showcase their products to our tour operators so that our tourists will visit there," said MD of Travel Link, Benchman Simond.

"We are here to forge partnership with Bhubaneswar to promote Malaysia's favourite tourist destinations," said Ganesh Ramma, executive council member, MATTA.
