Bhubaneswar/Bengaluru: It’s not always money, but strong will power, patience, and dedication take one to the pinnacle of success. The matter of joy for the leading UX/UI designer is getting an offer to promote Bahubali-2. “Just after the announcement of my start-up being selected among top ten companies, I received several offers from across the globe. But, I was on cloud nine when I got an offer from UK based distributor of Bahubali-2 for its promotion. I am really optimistic about it”, an elated Mishra said.

A workaholic Mishra though gives all his credits to God, but his immense hardship and toil must have a role in such achievement. “Yes, I work with dedication and patience whatever I do. But, it is all God’s grace. I hardly believe that my start up came among best ten when I received a message. I also verified the SMS whether it is a genuine one. Because, It was unbelievable”, Mishra said.

But, with a handful of employees, he works hard day and night without worrying about success. “Initially, I used to sleep three-four hours a day. But, now I have raised the duration a little”, he maintained.

However, being an Odia and an ardent lover of art and culture, he has a great ambition to take his own art, tradition to new height. “I’d like to put Sambalpuri saree and traditional music of western Odisha ‘Dulduli’ which I like most. I can’t guarantee what I can do for these. But, I have a great ambition to take Sambalpuri saree and its weavers and Dulduli on international platform. Let’s respect God’s wish,” he maintained.

A lover of music Mishra had earlier wanted to become a famous musician, singer and lyricist. But, he fell in love of design in later phase of his life. Initially, he worked as a fashion designer with meagre salary. But, his salary came down further after he switched over to web design.

“Started my career as a sketch artist in a garment firm. Later in 1999 I shifted to Bangalore and studied in Arena Multimedia. In 2000, I shifted my career track to IT (Web Design and Multimedia). In 2003, I got a break in a MNC (Huawei)”, he explained.
